Delivery

We always aim to get your home numbers to you as quickly as possible.

For UK orders your house numbers are sent using Royal Mail first class and should take no more than 3 days to reach you.

All international orders are sent Airmail and should arrive within 3 to 5 days for Europe and 5 to 7 days for the rest of the world.

P&P is free for UK orders and a flat £2 ($3 approx) for all international.

If for any reason we believe your numbers will be longer than the above times we will always inform you.

Returns

We always hope that all our products meet with your satisfaction. If for whatever reason this is not the case please contact us so we can discuss the matter. We offer a 14 day return policy for added peace of mind. You must contact us within seven days of receiving the goods by telephone or e-mail, of your intention to return. Items returned must be in original unused condition and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure you return your item by recorded/signed for delivery.
